| CEE Retail Awards |
| The 4th annual CEE Retail Real Estate Awards, organized by EuropaProperty, highlighted the best commercial retail real estate companies, retailers, projects and people in the CEE region for 2011, and welcomed over 450 top real estate professionals to this year’s event. The awards, held on February 9th at the five-star Intercontinental Hotel Warsaw, were selected by an international academy of jurors, comprised of senior industry professionals.
King’s Street Retail, funded and actively asset-managed by Blackstone, was recognised by the jurors for its investment success over the past year. The company won two awards, including Overall Company of the Year as well as Project of the Year (in the medium category) for Galeria Twierdza Zamosc in Poland. Other winners for the retailer specific awards included: Yves Rocher, Sephora, Kazar, Deichmann, Reserved and Carrefour.

| Hill International celebrates 20 year anniversary in Poland |
| Hill International celebrated their 20 year anniversary on the Polish market, at a gala reception at their new offices in New City in Mokotow. Set up in 1991 as Euromost Polska, the firm has grown into an international firm employing ca. 70 people, and since 2008 as a part of Hill International - a global firm with staff strength of 3100 professionals from over 100 offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Africa.
Hill's most high-profile project is project and cost-management for the 194 meter high skyscraper Złota 44. Directors of Hill include:

| Gap opens first retail shop in Poland |
| Global clothing retailer GAP opened its first retail store in Poland last week. Located at Arkadia shopping centre, the opening ceremony attracted a top list of Polish celebrities. Poland-based firm EMF is the "master franchise" operator of Gap. |
